Spirituality

2
Prayer
Many patients experience anger because of their injury. Something to suggest would be lament. It's an expression of the grief you're feeling because of your suffering. Job, David, and even Jesus lamented in their times of suffering. Don't turn your back on God. Instead, bring your suffering to him.

Meaning
During our suffering, we tend to lose the meaning we have in our lives and isolate ourselves. As time goes on, we should try and incorporate meaning by figuring out a possible why to our suffering and we shouldn't be afraid to reach out to people. There are tons of people willing to talk by clicking below.
Mental Health
The way you feel matters.
Hobbies
Find interesting new things you can do to pass time with your injury.
Meditation
Sometimes just sitting in silence to reflect can prove to be extremely beneficial. You can even try praying and just talk with God with what's on your mind.
Reach Out
Visit groups and talk with people about the problems you're facing and know you're not alone.
